"Overall a great experience and a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was generally accommodating and helpful though I didn’t need to interact with them a lot. When leaving the “do not disturb”-sign out, I received a note that I could have housekeeping later in the day. I chose not to but others might like that. "Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). "Our stay at Palm Bay was exceptional. It is simply magical. As Canadians, we pinched ourselves to see if it was real. VERY private location. Small capacity makes it feel very VIP and exclusive. "General cleanliness when we took on the property was average. Also there were some maintenance issues, like the downstairs bath tub drain was clogged meaning it took ages for the water to drain. "While we were more than happy with the spacious living area and bedrooms and the glorious view, there were a couple areas that attention. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the shower has a step up into it that felt a bit unsafe with wet feet.
