"It's surprising to go down a dozen steps to a basement apartment and find a bright space with a nice view out to lawn, trees and creek. We enjoyed our stay in this tidy, stylish apartment for two. There is off-street parking, room to roll bikes around and down to the private patio, and places to sit outdoors in the sun or shade. Inside there are comfortable chairs with good light for reading, a tv that operates on one remote, lots of hangers in the closet,... all well done. The toilet and drain...

The space is tidy and well thought out to maximize the space. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and parking was easy even though it was on the street in the downtown area. Groceries and dining options within walking distance and an expansive selection within a short drive including walking streets and fabulous...

"We came to Boise for a family friend’s graduation from Boise State. The location of the cottage was perfect, with quick access to the freeway and very close to downtown and the university. The property is so cute and well kept. The bathroom sink is a little small, but everything else was great. Communication with the management was easy and with quick responses. Overall a great stay!"

We enjoyed our coffee each morning in the little nook and planned our day. Most days, we walked all over downtown and found all sorts of fun places to spend time. It's such a clean city. The owners checked on us via message and were exceptionally welcoming. When the time comes, we will return to this home again!"

"We stayed four night. Very quiet area. Two bedrooms. Queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Bedrooms are on the second floor with one bathroom tub with a shower. Toilet in laundry room on main level. Full kitchen and dining area. Work well for the three adults in our group."
