"Overall the property was nice and clean with a wonderful view with the property overlooking the waterway and golf course directly across. Nice rustic decor with all the comforts of home away from home. The only area I would improve would be the cleanliness and upkeep of the upstairs patio. It is spring and of course you will have tree debris but there were more than expected insect webs along the railing that appeared to have been there for some time. "The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling."

"We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"Communication was prompt before our stay. The property worked just fine for our hunting trip. Instructions at the house were a little confusing for some things. No instructions to operate the heat, as it was the end of November. Since we were all men, we figured it out fairly quickly. Only had about 6 pieces of paper towels when we arrived. "If you’re looking for a cabin close to everything, this is your stay. You can easily walk to the Waterville Hotel right out of the door, and the country store is right by the property too! We stayed with our 4 year old son, and the convenience of having the rail trail and the beautiful park in the back was wonderful!
