The Staff there are wonderful and because of them I stayed. But the hotel needs a lot of attention. It's very run down, especially from the outside. The room was okay, clean but needs updates, the dresser drawers were either broken or had spills of something in them.

Es un hotel sencillo pero suficiente para pasar la noche. Tiene facil acceso y lugar para estacionarse. Las habitaciones estan bastante bien, buen tamaño, mejor de lo que esperaba.

The Hotel is located in a quite surrounding and easily accessible by Metro. The breakfast was good and the hotel clean

The hotel is not updated. The fridge was leaking and we found cockroaches around. The location is good because is close to alot of things but definitely there are better hotels in the same area. The bathroom light didn’t work and the lighting outside was very sketching. It didn’t feel safe.

We got into run and sink was full of spit we left to our event and when we came back we found a a roach and just pick up our stuff al left at around 11pm that same night had to drive 1hrs and 30 min travel

When I looked at the pictures, I thought that it’s a regular building with the corridors. Because I didn’t want my wood door opens to the public so I feel safer. Hotel photos were scam. And there was another door which is opening to the next room. It was locked but I couldn’t sleep because of thinking about bad stories about that. The stuff working for the breakfast was helpful, clean and nice.

We stayed there for 2 nights. When we checked in onduty Receptionist was rude.we booked for 2 adults and 2 kids ,They provided just 2 towels so we requested for 2 more Towle. Receptionist asked us to down n get the towels at 9.30 in the night or pla wait till 9 am in the morning.Next day again we request for towels but luckily this time on duty Receptionist was helpful and she sent back . Breakfast buffet very limited options.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize about the towels. At the time you asked the Front Desk Agent, they had run out of towels at the front desk. He asked if you wished to wait until 9 pm for the security guard to bring them to you or until morning and you chose to wait until the morning.

We are sorry you were not happy with the reservation you made. We do have rules for a reason and one rule is that all stays require a security deposit be placed on a valid credit or debit card. This is stated in the policy section on Expedia.

Easy walk to park on top of hill. Quiet and clean. Not luxury but nice. People nice. Could not take a bath as plug did not work nor could I switch from shower to bathtub faucet (shower knob would not turn). microwave and frig. ironging board and iron which we used. Wifi fast. Office printed parking certificates for 50 cents per page which was ok. Breakfast included making waffles with real butter which was very nice and a surprise.

This property looks like it's from the 60's. Nothing is updated since its inception. this hotel feels like one of those abandoned steel factories from decades ago.

The hair dryer didn’t work, the tv had 7 channels and 2 had no sound. The bathroom had mold in the corner and what looked like feces on the ceiling.

Such a crapy and shaddy hotel. Didnt believe its by days inn….the infrastructure was real bad and didnt feel safe at all.
