"the staff very friendly and helpful. The main stairs carpet somewhat threadbare but everywhere kept tidy and clean. They only do a continental breakfast but as much as you can eat and plenty of choice with a member of staff on hand to help out. "Last minute booking as Hotels.com had double booked me and was stranded after driving 2 hours to get to original booking. "This is a lovely caravan park, great location, well looked after, unfortunately our caravan was a bit tired, lacking hooks, drawers, shower holder didnt hold the shower head, light switch in bedroom by the door, so couldnt switch it off when in bed! things that really would be expected. "Hotel room was large and clean and beds were comfortable. Our room looked straight out onto the main road through Market Rason so there was some road noise. The curtains were also very light so this meant we woke up early. We were made aware prior to arrival that due to it being bank holiday, the restaurant would be closing at 6.00pm. However, we didn’t expect the whole hotel to close and all staff to go home, so good job we arrived before 6.00pm. We were given a key code to access the door...
