This hotel has got it all. Top class concierge and staff, tasty food and well assorted breakfast buffet. Fast and agile rood service, tasty, clean and high class interior in suites as well as in reception area, restaurant, pool area, fitness area etc. The hotel is placed in a perfect spot, in the old quarter, close to all you would like to see in Hanoi. This is one of the best hotels we have ever tried, and a recommendation would be an understatement."
