Fint hotel. - Ikke det bedst jeg har boet på i Wien, men det har helt sikkert alt hvad du har behov for på din forretnings rejse, eller et hyggeligt weekendhold sammen med konen. Dog så syntes jeg at musikken i bar/hygge område er ALT for høj. Har nu boet på dette hotel nogle gange, og selvom musikken er for høj. :) Så vil jeg stadig benytte dette hotel, på mine forretningsrejser til Wien.

Godt hotel, men ekstrem laaaangsom check in
Godt hotel, gode værelser og morgenmadsbuffet med alt. Personalet er flinke og serviceminded, MEN reception og indtjekningsprocedure er ALT for langsom. Tager virkelig laaaang tid at tjekke ind. Uagtet om man bruger app eller check in. Alle skal udfylde adresse etc igen, selvom det er opgivet ved booking. Vi checkede ind og håbede vi kunne få nøglen udleveret forholdsvist hurtigt, men nej. Samme lange kø igen. Indtjekning tog 45 min og afhentning ag nøglekort 25 min, hvorefter vi skulle i ny kø for at hente vore kufferter, som vi havde afleveret til opbevaring ved indtjekningen. Burde kunne gøre bedre og mere effektivt. Vi var ikke bare uheldig, som der var altid lange køer i lobby’en - 8-10 personer i hver kø Synd for hotellets faciliteter og beliggenhed er i top. Check out virkeligt hurtigt - bare put kort i box, og faktura modtaget senere samme dag

Skuffende 5 stjernet
Vi havde højere forventninger til et 5-stjernet hotel - a/c fungerede ikke optimalt på værelset. De forsøgte at ordne det men stadig ikke godt. Værelserne var ikke klar da vi ville tjekke ind kl 15.00 som anvist. Hundedyrt at parkere. Og come-on man skal betale ekstra for wifi på værelserne - vi er i 2021. Ingen daglig rengøring - ingen vand på værelserne.

Perfect place to stay for exploring Vienna
Perfect place to stay for exploring the city after meetings. It couldn't be more central. Metro right next to makes it possible and very easy to explore more distant parts of the city too. The service is perfect too. Only point, which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel was, that several large rats were running around in the Stadt Park cross road, right next to the hotel. All I wonder is, since prices are in the high end, why is wifi not for free?

Not nice check in & annoying cleaning at departure
Nice hotel but I had a bad experience at the check in. I booked a room with a city view but they said that they no longer had any rooms available within my booking price. That’s not ok, they should have upgraded me as other hotels will do in cases like this. When I pay for city view I expect to get it. Also, on the day of departure the cleaning lady walked in to my room 4 times although I said to her the first time that I wasn’t checking out until 12. That was annoying - one of the times I was taking a shower. I felt like it wasn’t ok for me to stay in the room even though check out was by 12. I felt like she was trying to rush me by coming in to my room that many times. The location is really great, especially if you want a hotel near the CAT that goes to/from the airport. Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. However be aware that construction is going on and that it can be noisy.

Hotellet i sig selv var god , både pladseringen og faciliteterne samt renheden , men personalets håndtering og handling var ikke helt optimalt , special dem som arbejdede i lobby og baren. Mange af dem virkede uprofessionelt og uerfaren , både ift. tilberedningen af drikkevarerne og betjening samt udgive rigtige regninger, forlangte flere betaling for samme drikkelse eller for noget som du har slet ikke bestilt eller fik. En del af personalet ved receptionen virkede som om de kendte ikke deres eget ind og udcheckning procedure .

I highly, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Vienna. This was my second visit to Vienna, and it's located right in front of the station with good access from the airport, so there's no problem with security. If you can walk a little, it's about a 10 minute walk to Stephansplatz, the tourist center.

Pessimo atendimento desde o dia q cheguei. Para piorar o quarto era velho, pequeno e o atendimento foi pessimo. Não funcionava o servico de recepção, desrespeito dos funcionários. Mesmo havendo pago varias coisas, fui cobrando no final pelas coias q ja havia pago e tove q me virar pra mostrar os recibos ou iriam cobrar novamente. Resumindo jamais vomtarei.
