Dear Mr Shell, I'm very sorry you didn't feel well during your stay, apart from a few errors in his review, I can only confirm some things:first we aren't an Hotel, we are a Alloggi....we don't have stars sorry.About price, I can assure you that in high season (like your stay), in the historic center (2 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco), the 4-star hotels have decidedly more expencive than you think...(seeing is believing) ...your rate was perfectly in line with the average of other "alloggi" of the same level as ours.About elevator, TV... is true, we don't have, but it would have been simple to check when booking by reading the services and reviews (something I always recommend to everyone before booking).For Breakfast the rate is correct 16,00 per day per person (I would let those who take it evaluate the quality and price...they don't think so).I must apologize instead for the Wifi disservice, I know that unfortunately there are problems in recent days, (and probably there were also some during your stay last week), unfortunately it depends on the telephone company's lines, which are not very reliable and for this excuses me.IMPORTANT NOTE:thank you for giving me the opportunity to reiterate some services and I take this opportunity to inform all those who have "problems with stairs" to report it at the time of booking to assign rooms on the lower floors...ancient cities such as Rome, Venice and Florence, fortunately often do NOT have lifts (especially the NON-hotels....;-D....)

Chère Madame Levaillnt,Merci d'avoir pris le temps de commenter; Je suis désolé que vous ayez rencontré des problèmes avec notre fibre (WIFI), elle circule généralement entre 15 et 20 Mbps (assez pour regarder des films haute résolution) - beaucoup dépend aussi de l'appareil que vous utilisez; mais pour des besoins plus professional, il est conseillé de s'adresser à la réception.En ce qui concerne la télévision, notre hôtel a la prérogative de NE PAS AVOIR de TV - et il est bon que même les clients les plus exigeants le sachent.Concernant la VOTRE déclaration :".....Typiquement une fois le chek-out fait quand on est revenu récupérer les bagages pas possible d'aller au toilettes....." Je ne suis pas du tout d'accord, car il s'agit d'un bloc de service temporaire et pas habituellement. Malheureusement, nous travaillions dans la salle de bain commune du 1er étage et celle-ci n'était pas disponible.Je suis désolé pour la gêne occasionnée mais nous ne pouvions rien y faire, l'entretien des structures anciennes n'est jamais une chose simple et lorsque vous voyagez en Italie, comme en France, malheureusement de temps en temps vous pouvez rencontrer un OUT OF ORDER....;- )J'espère que si il y a une prochaine fois, nous pourrons vous ouvrir la salle de bain.
