Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to main attractions, especially if you have little ones and need to make it back for nap time ;) lots of good restaurants nearby and the hotel breakfast was incredible, lots of food options and staff were very organized and friendly. Only drawbacks for us were that the site mentioned limited parking but when we arrived, discovered that the only on-site parking was valet at $60 per day and we were redirected to another hotels parking. There is also no on-site restaurant for lunch / dinner / room service. Minor though, all things considered, and would definitely stay here again.

Close to all attractions/venues/transit and excellent restaurants and shops. Amenities and breakfast very good. The only dislike is the data charge given the price we paid for the one bedroom suite.

Overall great hotel. Great rooms, staff and continental breakfast. Only complaint is the doors to the rooms slam shut abruptly…but other than that no real noise

I enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was great. Parking was very convenient - only complaint was the room was too warm the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. BUT .. they did. Offer to switch out room but we opted for a fan instead. Would def stay again when the rates are 379 a night not 979. Cheers.

The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet and is located near many attractions in the downtown area. Only drawback is rooms are a little outdated and out of two rooms we stayed in one mattress was not comfortable and lumpy. We did see new mattress in the hall as we were checking out so hopefully refurbishment is happening.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was always good. The hotel is at the perfect spot and a quick walk to the CN tower, Roger’s Staduim, hockey hall of fame. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience, one issue was that my vehicle didn’t fit in the underground parking lot and I got scalped by the parking guys down the street to park overnight.

Incredible value for money. Really great breakfast, the eggs were really good and the oatmeal buffet was awesome. Room was large and comfortable, great for working in - office space. Solid if not spectacular bed.

Breakfast included was very convenient. Walkable to Rogers Stadium, CN tower and Steam Whistle Brewery. Our room had a great view of Rogers Stadium.

I had a great stay. It was an awesome location and for the price…wow! The only thing I would say is the kitchen was a little bare for a “full kitchen”. There was no oven, two small burners and two large pot/pan that would not boil water. The continental breakfast was perfect though, a lot of options and very efficient. Overall, it was the perfect stay.

We loved the location and convenience of the hotel. The kitchenette was perfect. The linens were clean. The bed was hard and pillows barely pillowed. The breakfast was decent and staff was excellent.
