The room interior layout was odd and functional. The headboard of the beds was so protruding that it left very less space on the foot side to walk conveniently. This wrosened by curvy furniture under the TV on the wall opposite to the bed headboard. The room had no microwave which we requested but the only place it could be placed was on the writing desk so we could not use the writing desk anymore. The elevators have really long wait as they moved too slow. There was construction going on all sides of the building. The hotel is designated pet friendly but there was no space inside or outside of the hotel for the pet to potty or even pee. We had to walk 15 mins each time to a nearby park for my dog to poop.

The location was amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean; bathtub squeaked when trying to have a shower and shower had no water in the centre of the shower head and wouldn’t adjust; poor pressure. The available shampoo and conditioner was not great.

I had a permanent hum in my room so had a bad night on the 1st night so they moved us to a suite which was alot better.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. The staff was helpful every step of the way, and always with a smile. The facilities in the hotel were all clean and great. I enjoyed the fitness center daily before I went out and started my day. The hotel is in an ideal location that has you close enough to the entertainment district, but also close to the vibrant and “local” west side. There is a tram line directly outside of the hotel on King Street that gets you east and west throughout the city. There is also a subway stop just a few blocks away that can help with north and south travel. Almost everything is within walking distance including the Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Chinatown, and more. The stay could not have gone better. Thank you and I will be back. 5 stars!

Staff were excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The variety of food options were above what I would expect. Housekeeping staff were exceptional, ensuring we had clean towels, the bed was made and the water and coffee refilled. We were thrilled with the service.

Hyatt regency is located in the proximity of Toronto convention center. It was very convenient to have a daily quick walk. Water in the room was a nice touch too. The bed and bedding were super comfortable!

I am a big fan of Hyatt properties, so I was not surprised to find a high-quality hotel in all respects. My only negative is the small bar which on Toronto Blue Jays nights is a disaster. There was a wonderful bartender, and she must have been made of steel to serve the crowd that was watching the hockey game. The hotel might consider adding a person on game nights.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Toronto where it has a lot of options to add to our itinerary for a short weekend visit. Excellent staff from the front desk, concierge, security officer down to housekeeping. Great experience with the best hotel in Toronto. Highly recommended!
