"This rental deserves all five stars. From the start, having a guide to explain everything around the apartment was new to me. Of course you can search around for things but how nice is it when you don't have to do it yourself. Also, it gave us a chance to ask questions. "We were on a combined work/pleasure trip and this apartment was perfect for us. It was right in the heart of the Old Walled City, just steps from restaurants, shops, etc. It was spacious and had good WiFi and even a desk to work at. The building has a pool you can use, and the kitchen is well-supplied. We arrived very late and left very early, and there was no problem with checking in and out. "If the condo is available for your dates. Just go ahead and book! We had a wonderful trip to Cartagena and the place was perfect. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. Everything is very clean and the pool at the condo is great. Iraida is the housekeeper and she is the very best part of renting the condo. She is incredibly sweet and her cooking is truly amazing! "It is a very cute condo that can accommodate two adults and two children. It has a very nice view to the beach. You only have to walk two minutes to get to the beach. "Communication with the host Omar was amazing, very helpful and considerate. The apartment is great, nice views to the sea, and a comfortable bed. Pool facilities are fantastic and only getting better. You just need to allow for transport since it is outside of the city, and this also limits the dining / drinking options a little. Otherwise well worth a stay right on the beach."

"The elevators in the building are a disaster! You waste half your day trying to get up to your room or down. Very aged infrastructure. Apartments vary by owner. Some have no blankets only a flat sheet, luke warm shower water with very light water pressure and aged cutlery and plastic plates and glasses made of plastic."

"We spent two nights in a lovely sea front room on the 25th floor. The room had amazing ocean views and was very spacious, with two queen size beds, and a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The reception staff are all very helpful and friendly. The large pool area (pools on three different levels) is on the 10th/14th floor. The pool area is rather packed and quite noisy (guests, kids, music). The hotel sells affordable day passes to non guests. At the pool area they have a nice cart with firendly staff serving freshly made lunch until 14:30 (eg. sushi rolls, kebabs). The restaurant area is being rebuilt (summer 2023-summer 2024), so breakfast and dining takes place in the less attractive conference area. Next door there is a small mall and some fast food restaurants. The beach area and the neighbouring streets looked a little gritty, but OK for a walk during day time. It’s a five minute cab ride into the old town (15,000 pesos). "
