"We came for a single night in one of the king rooms. The staff was so very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We told them that we were taking the train to Sa Pa that same night, they had packed up a sandwich, some fruits and coffee for us to take for our trip. "I stayed for three nights at Splendid Star Grand Hotel and can recommend this hotel for sure. The location is perfect, right in the old quarter, but in a nice and quiet side street, so no noise in the room.
