"We are so happy we chose Ocean bay for our honeymoon. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Beautiful views and tasty food both from the pool and the beach restaurant - also veggie options! Even more beautiful in real life than the photos. Just a dreamy place overall, a true paradise. We highly recommend it to everybody travelling to Phu Quoc."

"swim up room was lovely and nicely clean. breakfast was above average and large selection. unfortunately, the sunbeds were well past their use-by date and you could feel the iron frame in the back. the mattresses were comfortable but not at all enough for the number of guests. worst of all was that the hotel did not live up to its own rules and let guests reserve sunbeds and mattresses with towels, hats and other things. there were sunbed battles from 6am and then people showed up sometime after 10am. many reserved far more sunbeds than they needed just to be safe, which resulted in quite a few guests turning up without being able to get a place to lie down . since that is the purpose of the holiday, I can therefore only give 2 stars - if there were plenty of quality sunbeds I would have given 4-5 stars."
