Vi er lige kommet hjem efter 10 dage på dette super lækre hotel! Alt var over ALLE forventinger! Hele hotellet duftede dejligt, super flot og rent, alt er nyt, hele personalet, fra receptionister, tjenere og rengøringsdamerne var alle smilende og imødekommende. Morgenmads buffet var himmelsk! Der var alt til en hver smag, der blev hele tiden fyldt op. Det er helt klart det aller bedste 5stjernet hotel vi har været på. Kommer 100% tilbage igen! :)

Dårlig service
Hotellet var ny renoveret. Personalet havde ikke styr på noget som helst! Ingen service. Hvis man skal spise morgen mad på hotellet, skal man bede om at sidde udenfor, ellers bliver det larmende og der er en masse skrigende unger. Vi kommer aldrig tilbage

Virkelig fint nyt hotel med meget fine store værelser. Og en fantastik udsigt. Buffeten om aften kan man ikke klage over, men heller ikke noget man husker. Er blot som andre buffeter på den slag hoteller. Informationen om de andre restauranter på hotellet var utilstrækkelig, så da vi ville booke var det for sent. Vil klart overveje at bo her igen. Og fint at der var fri parkering inde på området. Og fri shuttle bus til Las Americas. Vi var glade for valget.

Godt nyt hotel
Rigtigt fint hotel. Helt nyt og færtigt. Godt rummeligt og funktionelt værelse. Delvis havudsigt selv om det ikke står i værelsesbeskrivelsen. En del musik støj fra nabo hotel (Hotel Hard Rock) men ingen problem når døren var lukket. Halv pension er god at købe med. Stor varieret buffet. Vi betalte kun 400,- kr for to personer i 9 dage. Godt pool område. Gode parkerings forhold.

Toppen af poppen hvis du er heldig
Nyt lækkert, rent og indbydende hotel. Er man til all inklusiv og buffet mad findes det nok ikke bedre, god variation og super lækkert og gode råvarer. Området er bortset fra udsigten og solnedgangen lidt trist og isoleret. I gåafstand lille butiksområde med supermarked og små barer mv. Men billleje anbefales så har man 15 min til La America’s. Vi var ikke heldige og fik værelse på skyggesiden hvor du ikke ser solen på noget tidspunkt af dagen, modsatte side har pool og hav udsigt og sol stort set hele dagen, det satte skår i glæden men alt i alt lækkert, også til prisen.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Lovely food and excellent service in all areas. Very geared up to entertaining children so we were pleased we were in a quieter part of the hotel away from the noise! Could not fault the fantastic room we had on the 5th floor of El Beso building! Would return if I could guarantee the same room. First Tenerife experience - excellent!

I would highly recommend this hotel and the Adeje area. The hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. It more than lived up to it's 5 stars. From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name and welcomed at the barrier. Staff at check in served us prosecco and explained everything about the facilities, even to the extent of checking on food allergies and issuing a card to hand to restaurant staff so that they could advise The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good sized bathroom with slippers and robes, huge bath sheets and nice toiletries. A proper coffee machine and water available. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All of the hotel areas were pristine and all staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant food was so good that we didn't bother to use the specialty restaurants. Every day the buffet was different and catered to all ages and tastes. The pools were clean, huge pool towels and lots of sun beds. Cocktails and alcoholic drinks were really reasonably priced. The whole experience was relaxed and safe. We will definitely be back.

An amazing find
Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.

Great property with a sufficient choice for the breakfast. I was a bit disappointed with the diner though.. almost the same thing everyday with a poor quality for a 5*. 2 parkings (indoor and outdoor). The property has beautiful pools, but you cannot access them unless your are privilege … When we dit the check out at 12, our badge was deactivated and thus were unable to access the parking and lost the wifi .. that would be nice if you can keep it until midnight (for people that have a late flight).

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’edificio Paradiso e confermo che è stato veramente un paradiso. Alla reception al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un drink di benvenuto, check in rapido, camera ampia e ben pulita con caffè e acqua sempre a disposizione, garage coperto gratuito. Personale sempre sorridente e gentile. Ottimo buffet, noi abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e abbiamo sempre cenato in struttura perché c’era un’ampia scelta e i prodotti erano di qualità. Veramente un’ottima vacanza Grazie

Beautiful property and comfortable beds. Staff in dining areas friendly and professional. If you’re trying to get away with just adults maybe find an adults only. The place was crawling with kids :)

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel y tengo que considerarlo excelente para ir con niños. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, pequeño parque infantil estupendo y piscinas con agua temperada. La comida del bufete muy buena, resalto la atención del personal que atiende y muy especialmente a Diego que nos ayudó a cocinar alguna cosa especial para nuestro hijo. El equipo de animación lo hace muy bien para tener distraídos a los chavales con bailes y manualidades. En un momento dado no nos gustó un servicio y lo pusimos en conocimiento del hotel. Inmediatamente reaccionaron subsanando la situación. Fallos tienen todas las empresas, pero lo importante es saber tratarlas y que el cliente quede satisfecho. En definitiva, no estás pagando por una noche de hotel, pagas por un buen bufet, un equipo de animación y unas buenas instalaciones.

notre chambre avec piscine était très bien les repas par-contre sont très moyens, pas à la hauteur d'un 5* buffet chaud plutôt tiède et de mauvaise qualité Petit déjeunè banal et sans saveur
