"We rented this property for Memorial Day weekend and my husband's 50th birthday. We had 10 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for more! The fishing was amazing!!!! The property is gorgeous and clean. We had everyrhing we needed and more. During the hot hours we spent time in the bar/game room area. We walked the property, neighborhood, fished, played games, bird watched, and relaxed. The owners where amazing to deal with and communication was on point at all times! We would stay here...

"The pictures do not do this property justice. It is very spacious and open. Perfect for a decent size gathering. We had a group of 10 adults and it was awesome for us. The yard is great for playing various games and there is a marina 3 minutes up the road with water access if you want to swim or fish as this house is on a cliffside. I highly recommend this place. I will absolutely be staying here again when I return to Toledo Bend."

"The property is perfect. Expedia on the other hand is not perfect. They have the wrong address, no contact info for expedia or the property. For anyone else staying ill help Expedia do their job. Go into the ranch at the end of the road to find the suite."
