"This was a modern home with all the amenities you could ask for to enjoy a week in beautiful Marco Island. We floated in the pool or the ocean every day for hours. Vacationing in late May has its benefits as the island was not overly crowded, restaurants all had availability, and the weather was perfect. Communications with Andrew who manages the property was great. Will definitely stay again."

A regular stream of boats come by, while looking across the waterway to one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Boca Raton. "Everything was great, other than the pool was under construction during a holiday summer weekend. Although I know this is out of the control of the owner, communication ahead of time would have been nice. Tried to trade the pool for a few hours early check in, I felt like the condo was ready, but still had to wait until about 30 min early check in. Which didn’t help much. Other than that, good location and building staff was nice."

"The property is beautiful and very clean! The pool was a huge hit with the children and very private. The property manager met us on our first day and assured all of our questions were answered which was wonderful hospitality. If we had any questions, a prompty response was recieved. The three bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room had space for all of us to relax together! And being steps from the beach was amazing!
