"If you’re looking for a stay that feels private and out of town with extra parking and space for the kids to run or to park the boat, then this place is perfect. "Kitchen floor needed to be mopped. Floor was sticky. Our bare feet or socks were sticking to the floor night the night of arrival we first noticed. Rhe door locked us out the next day a code wouldn’t work. Brandon was great help. He gave me the code for the key box to get back in. Otherwise our stay was good."

"We have family that lives nearby this location, so this worked out really well for us. It was very comfortable, clean, and homey. The deck has beautiful views. The large dining area with table and chairs allowed us all to gather for an evening of pizza and games. It is a quiet neighborhood, so we were comfortable leaving our elderly father alone to rest when he didn't feel like going out with us. We will definitely consider using it for future visits."

"I loved this apartment; it was so homey and comfortable and nostalgic, especially the screened porches on front and back. I would have loved to stay there longer. My only problem was that the host didn’t contact me until the last hour even though I repeatedly emailed and called and I spent a day being nervous that we wouldn’t be able to get in. I understand not giving check in instructions too early, but it would have been nice to get some reassurance that I did have the apartment confirmed."

"The place was clean, comfy and equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable!! It’s off HWY 101 so it’s easy to go any direction whether it’s to the dunes, the beach, up the river or to stay in town. We will definitely rent this cute cottage again!"

"This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

"Our trip was absolutely dreamy. This house has gorgeous views and we kept saying how it was such a special place to eat breakfast or lunch or celebrate a birthday. Just special. We loved exploring Shore Acres and planted ourselves several times at Bastendorf beach which is super close to the house. The house is very accommodating. We did buy more salt and pepper but that’s not a big deal. The hardest part for us is that the light comes through the windows at our kids’ bed times making it hard...
