For our bar prices we have a calculation considering the price for the raw materials, storage, preparation, the amount of qualified colleagues at the service etc. The prices are also orientated at Stuttgart’s market environment. The pool temperature of about 28 – 29 °C is a compromise between our swimming and our bathing guests. And yes, the sauna was indeed out of order for two days. A guest had used to much water on the sauna stove which caused an emergency shut down and the oven can be switched on again only after drying completely. We will install a new sauna in January so such a maloperation wouldn’t be possible any more. At the TV we have 5 different English speaking channels; as an alternative we can recommend you also the youtube app at the smart TV. It is right that we had a power off due to construction works whilst your stay. The time period from 0.30 to 4.30 was the planned maximum for the power off; actual the power was off only for one hour between 0.30 and 1.30. As you checked in at 15.00 and checked out at 11.00 the next day there could have been a time period for you to charge your phones in the room. Independent from the power off the A/C wasn’t turned on anyway at an outside temperature of 10C due to environmental reasons.
