"A gorgeous and very comfortable house for me and my family( me, husband, 2.5 yr old and 5 month old). Great location for the beach and 20 min walk to St. Abbs. Lovely beds, very comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. It was so great to have loads of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and coffee pods!! Thank you!"

"The property is a beautiful historic home with fun trap doors and hiding places from the original owner's tea smuggling days. It has a wonderful open living and dining area with an expansive view of the town of Eyemouth. We had easy access to restaurants in town (we watched the fresh fish delivered daily), scenic hiking trails and the golf course on the hill behind the house. "Readers, read this to the end as it contains a balanced review that you will want to consider before booking. We stayed at the Coach house for two nights. It's a in a good location with an excellent COOP (market) just a few doors down. A nice albeit getting old property whose kitchen is well equipped and shower is excellent. The bed is comfortable and overall the property is clean and cozy (it's quite small). Be careful up and down the very narrow stairs to the bedroom. Not much room except...
