"The condo was comfortable and close to the activities we were planning. the pool was very nice. We enjoyed the waterfront view from the balcony and the area was very quiet."

"My youngest was 2 when we were last there, My other kids(14 and 18) would tell him how much fun they had. We went to the Dells to give him his own memories. Perfect place because they had a little of everything for all 3 kids. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Very spacious for a family of 5. Honestly, you won't be able to cover it all in 1 trip. Can't wait until the next one!"

"The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! "The little timber area was perfect for my 4yo. She really enjoyed it. They also have different activities for the kids during the day so it gives you some options if you don't want to be in the water park all day. Downtown Lake Geneva is also a short drive away if you want to get out of the resort. My biggest problem was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard. "
