"Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. "I booked this house without consulting my group because I was so confident in the description and reviews and didn't want to miss out, and I was not disappointed! Bryan was a great host and super responsive without being overbearing. Any small issues we had, I was easily able to text him for assistance. Everything about the house is thoughtful and there was almost nothing that we needed that we couldn't find. Plenty of space for 10 women. Backyard and pool were fab, and loved size of dining...

"This was a great experience - stayed for my son’s graduation. The house was clean and true to description and pictures. We enjoyed the pool and backyard. I would have given an overall 5 but there were issues with the dishwasher not working and they weren’t able to arrange for someone to come out while we were there. We worked around it - other than that, great experience!"

Pool and backyard is not as big as I thought, but great for what we needed. Hosts did a great job in communicating. Bed rooms and theatre room are great sizes.
