"A hidden gem on the strip. Free parking (and ultra cheap valet), no resort fees, huge rooms with condo amenities, deep rooftop pool, Cosmopolitan casino access, and great location mid strip. Rooms are a little outdated, half don't have a view, and the driveway / parking is difficult to find, but can't beat the price and offerings."

"This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. For those who travel with someone who stinks up the bathroom, there’s a private toilet for them to do they business. Our floor was quiet and the elevator was always fast and available. We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. "Joe's condo was perfect for our trip to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, which is about 1 mile away. It is also close to the strip for easy walking. We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk. "The condo was perfect. We were a group of two friends, so one of us slept on the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfy) and the other slept in the bedroom. Views from the balcony were incredible, the valet service was prompt and helpful, and the pool was luxurious. Short 5 minute walk to the MGM Grand, w/ access to their sprawling pool complex and the monorail. All in all, a class act...if I were to return to Vegas, I'd book this place again in a second. Thanks!"

"Stayed at this resort several times, first time not booking through the resort itself. I saved a bit of money so that was great. Everything was as expected but the amenities really did lack compared to other times I’ve stayed. The rooms were clean, the service there is great but the noticeable stains and ripped furniture turned me off a bit. Either try a different room if use VRBO again, or stick with booking through the resort itself."

"2 bedroom unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet minus the yard crew one morning. Commuication from Luxort was via VRBO only. Loved the shuttle to Horseshoe, but we didn't use it. It is a timeshare so expect to be asked to do a tour in exchange for tickets which we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised. If you want calm and away from hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to enjoy the strip, this is your place. Thank you Grand Desert!"

"We are nicely settled in and are thankful for the extra complimentary bottles of water. We would enjoy our stay even more if the manager could replace the hard tissue papers and toilet papers with softer ones. As I sneeze a lot towards the end of the trip and my nose hurts after using the tissue papers."

"Fantastisk hotel med supergod beliggenhed, ca. 5 min gang til the Strip. Flot indrettet suite med god udsigt udover byen (17. etage), inkl. velassorteret køkken, opvaske- og vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Desuden dejlig stue og spiseområde samt to værelser i god størrelse og tilstødende badeværelser. Parkering kun mulig som valet-parking, hvilket dog fungerede problemfrit - de var bl.a. hurtige til at hente bilen når ønsket. Beliggenhed på sidevej til The Strip, lige overfor Planet Hollywood...
