Too expensive for the quality
Once a classy hotel but now a bit worn out. Cleaning standard was too low. The add sid pet friendly but the Extra cost for a small dog, 50 EUR was way overpriced.

5 skønne dage i Sitges
dejligt hotel. gode værelser og balkoner. gangarealer og spa område begynder at trænge til renovering. morgenmads restauranten er ikke helt til 5 stjerner, personalet tager for let på opgaven, hvilken bland andet betyder kolde spejlæg når de kommer direkte frakøkkenet, og en del lignende episoder. når dette er sagt - det var ikke første gang vi boede på dette hotel og det bliver nok ej heller sidste gang. alt i alt kan vi anbefale hotellet.

Not worth it
The service wasn’t very impressive. Except for the expensive theme night buffet the food is terrible - never have I had such a disgusting burger. The pool area is nice but the rest of the hotel is not that charming. I won’t be back.

Gode 5 stjerner
Skønt resort, afsidig beliggenhed med flot udsigt. God stand på hotel og værelser og flot pool område med lounge sækkestole og rigeligt med liggestole. En del små børn. Der kunne godt være lidt legetøj til børnepoolen såsom rutsjebane. Rigtig god service fra reception. Der er en pool bar som åbenbart kun var åben i weekenden i juni mdn. "Takeaway" fra snack-restauranten med næsten 1times ventetid på to sandwich og en salat af mini str til overpris. Der skulle være en shuttle bus til byen men den passede dårligt med vores behov, taxa koster ca 11euro. Det tager nok 35 min at gå. Super hyggelig mediteranean by med meget charme, shopping og spisesteder samt strand.

Der er lidt langt til byen, hvis man vælger at gå. Der er ikke så meget at give sig til i nærheden af hotellet, hvis man ikke lige vil spille golf. Det kunne være mere optimalt, hvis ryger-værelserne ikke lå under ikkeryger-værelserne, da lugten svævede opad. Poolene måtte gerne have været varmet lidt op og sammenhængende, så der var mulighed for at svømme lidt rundt og så manglede der lidt dybde, så man kunne hoppe på hovedet. Sengene var dejlig brede og bløde, der var en lækker udsigt og personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt.

Luksus med udsigt
Lever klart op til de 5 stjerner, nyt og lækkert, høj standard på værelser, pool og spa. Gode restauranter. Ligger noget udenfor byen, men fantastisk udsigt. Fin service, shuttle til stranden (men desværre ikke til byen mere).Alt i alt en meget fin og afslappende ferie.

The staff is really wonderful! Ask about the shuttle service to the beach from the hotel and you can walk to the Sitges Rail Station from there.

Great hotel. Unfortunately after multiple conversations with reception about the missing hotels.com silver VIP sparkling wine being missing and a call to hotels.com nothing appeared which defeats the point of using hotels.com Hotel itself was nice but located quite a distance from town and taxis were often an issue. Clean and friendly staff.

Jolie chambre confortable avec une terrasse sympa. L’hôtel ne fait aucun différence entre un client occasionnel et un client très régulier ce qui est dommage : aucune attention rien Nada même si on vient trois fois en deux mois et pour la quinzième fois . La fidélité c’est pas leur truc . Sinon le personnel est très serviable

A good four star hotel.
A massive hotel. One had to walk miles. Conference orientated. Pools a little disappointing. Views from sea facing side, excellent. Breakfasts good. Staff very nice.

I would not stay again
I informed staff 3x our hot tub was not hot and it wasn't until the last evening I contacted Expedia that they finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, so we had ONE NIGHT in our hot tub out of 5. The hotel was also too far from everything. The hallways smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was nasty. Breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The coffee was awful. The maid left our patio door wide open one day and unlocked another day. You had to have a door key in for the AC to work and we left one of ours in so the room was cool when we returned but she would remove it. All the signs says Spa was open until 9pm but they would close at 7pm.

Dated rooms and bathrooms. Constant bad cover music playing from every corner all day long. Pools cold. Extra fee to use indoor heated pool. Food awful - 3 bouts of food poisoning in our group of 4 (on different nights), no vegetarian options at all for those on half board. Dead vibe. Not Dolce Sitges as it used to be. Won’t be returning sadly. Sitges however is lovely.

My stay at Eurostars Sitges was really enjoyable abd comfortable. The resort has excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms, wonderful amenities and superb views. The only area of improvement would be some of the carpets and decor, which were showing visible signs of wear and tear. On balance I am happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the Sitges area though.
