The property was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and everything was close by (but not walkable). Communication was a little difficult due to language barrier, texting is definitely easier. To find the place, use the address given, NOT how Google maps wants you to go.

Terrible place to stay in Fajardo, you will better off staying in San Juan and travel to fajardo rather than staying in this place. The place had a very strong smell throughout our stay. It was so bad and strong that it gave us a bad headache.

This property was very clean and in on quiet residential street, an easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. About a 30 minute drive to El Yunque and to the ferry in Cieba. It has a comfy bed and chairs, a full bathroom, and a little kitchenette with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, and small dining space. The only sink is in the bathroom. There is a little front patio, and the hosts provide a cooler & beach chairs. Ample towels and some staples, like dishes, coffee & sugar. US travelers note: while the shower works, it is more similar to showers I've experienced in Colombia, Belize, & Nicaragua than in the US...lower water pressure and cooler water. Also, if you are using Google maps, you will not find this place. Go to the Seven Seas park, veer right (not left towards the beach) at the fork and take an immediate right on Orca. Then GPS will reroute. We called the hosts, who were super helpful and stayed on the phone with us as we drove through the neighborhood.

Nos vendieron un apartamento entero y es una habitación con baño y un trocito donde hay una. Evers y un microondas ni siquiera una fregadera ni una lavadora se supone que cuando es apartamento entero hay esas cosas y en el anuncio sale fotografía de dos habitaciones diferentes pues es mentira solo hay una cama Quin repito que no es un apartamento entero como el anuncio es una habitación ( UN ENGAÑO ) no la recomiendo

Saludos!!Con todo el respeto que usted merece permitame decirle que playa colará no es un engaño..usted lea bien cuando tenga que reservar un espacio, en ningún lugar dice qué es un apartamento completo con 2 habitaciones y 2 camas grandes ..no se de donde usted saca eso..es un espacio para 2 personas que esta muy bien cuidado..y a diferencia de usted que no pogo lo que le correspondía nosotros si le dimos todo lo que ofrecemos .espero no recibirla nuevamente.

Wonderful location, ideally set close to beach and restaurants while also convenient to rain forest excursions AND Culebra excursions. Everything needed for a single or couple. Quiet, secure and clean. WILL BE COMING BACK!!

Nice gem!
This was a little tricky to find. But the hosts were very responsive and super pleasant. Checking in was a breeze. Super comfy, very very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This spot was perfect for a couple nights stay. It was clean and well appointed. We did have a hard time finding it on Google maps, but we called as directed and he talked us through getting there and inside. Very close to seven seas beach and bioluminescent bay tours. We had wonderful fish tacos at Costa Mia restaurant just down the road.

Grundsätzlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft - wäre weiterzuempfehlen. Erreichbarkeit (auch mit google maps) nicht so einfach - hier wäre ein Hinweis vorab toll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass man keine Vorab-Infos bzgl Check-in erhält, ist die Vermieterin auch ziemlich herablassend, wenn man sich nach der Endreinigung erkundigt. Denn anders als auf Expedia beschrieben (entweder 25$ Endreinigungsgebühr oder selber sauber machen) beharrt die Dame auf die 25$ und zwar in bar - tolles steuerfreies Zusatzeinkommen, oder warum sonst ist diese Endreinigungsgebühr nicht im Gesamtpreis enthalten?

Directions provided by the owner were confusing. There was one critical bit of info missing. It was not at all clear that to get to apartment 6 you had to drive through a gate marked G8! I called to ask for clarification and the owner was irritated and condescending. The front door doesn’t lock from the inside! I texted the owner to ask about this (just 10 min after our last communication) and he never replied. There was no hot water in the shower; it only got a bit warm. And there was no hot water whatsoever in the sink. My husband commented that the water heating system they had set up in the shower looked not only ineffectual but also unsafe, given the way the electrical cable was plugged into it. It was raining hard outside, and water was leaking on the floor. We could hear water dripping loudly (into a bucket?) inside a locked closet in the bedroom. The air conditioning was blowing directly into our faces while we were in bed - although I have found this to be pretty common in PR. It was a hassle to have to leave cash for the cleaners.

Saludos y gracias por visitarnos y disculpen los incombenientes.Les voy aclarar lo siguiente.Cuando la persona hace una reservación inmediatamente les llega una información importante, para la dirrecion a usarse el sistema le envía un location para usarse en GPS donde usted no tiene q escribir nada.Tienen q leer toda la información proveída.Sobre el calentador de agua eso está certificado.No es agua para pelar pollos si no para quitar el frío del agua.Sobre el A/C usted sabía que la ventanilla se puede mover de posición usando el control remoto.Sabemos q tenemos una cerradura futurística pero es lógica que cierras la puerta y automaticamenta queda laqueda por dentro como las cerraduras de un hotellll. Even though I arrived an hour earlier they were willing to accomodate me in another apartment. Cozy but comfortable apartment but the kitchen did'nt have a kitchen sink.

Wonderful little place.
The place was wonderful. Its small , good for a couple or solo. Very clean and well decorated. No stove. Nice fridge and very cold airconditioner. Parking A+. Place is great for short term stay. Pressure of water low in shower but thats normal in PR. No biggy. Yes, I would stay again and Yes I recommend it.

Firstly the address listed somewhere else at the top of the hill. Fortunately the owner was responsive when we reached out. This is a great place to stop by for a quick night but nothing more. The bedroom has no windows, the bathroom shower had very low pressure and the handheld/lower sprout works rather than the higher one. They offer coffee with a coffee maker but don’t provide a coffee filter. The bed was not comfortable with it being springy. Over all it was not a wonderful stay for the price we paid. There are also a few signs when entering that there is a cleaning fee unless you are willing to keep the place clean. This was vague and not explained on expedia nor the signs in the unit. When asking the owner he said its a cleaning charge regardless to clean the sheets which at that point, its quite rude to ask guests to change the sheets without providing new ones in order to absolve the cleaning fee. Overall wouldn’t recommend for the price paid.

Hola, lamento q no sepas utilizar el GPS.Si eres viajero en todo lugar cobran cleaning fee,nosotros somos viajeros y no damos tanta queja pues podrías pagar un hotel 5 estrellas y creo no tendrías tantas quejas. Quiero que sepas q la cafetera no usa filtro en PR estamos bien adelantados.Nadie va a limpiar y descontaminar el apartamento como nosotros lo hacemos,gracias por tú visita

Although the property was pretty clean there were MAJOR red flags property was located in a dead end area Ubers where unable to locate us...... host never checked on us to see if anything was needed closest pool/beach was NOT nearby as stated.... decent for a night stay but nothing more

Gracias por escogernos.Lamento el inconveniente que tuvistes con el Uber de no tener el conocimiento con el GPS.En la información que se provee está clara sobre ubicación y lo qué se ofrece, café etc.Le enviamos el code de la puerta.La playa caminando son 5 minutos.Si necesitabas alguna información adicional hubiera preguntado se le ofrecen 2 números de teléfono los cuáles nunca sonaron de parte de usted. No cumplió con el contrato no dejó el cleaning fee,estamos a la orden,gracias

Poor communication
The reservation link provided to me contained a directions tab that had no content. I emailed to request directions but did not get a reply. The directions and check in process were provided to me after the promised check in time of 3 pm. This makes it difficult to arrange for transportation.

Que le digo si eres viajero sabes que cuándo haces una reservación en Expida recibes automático toda la información necesaria pero hay que leerla si la obvias pasa ésto no me gusta que hablen por hablar gracias

Pictures are not accurate. Front door would not stay closed. A slight tug would open it even when locked. Safety should be number 1 and comfort number 2. It was a a quaint and nice unit.

Comfortable, safe location, closed to town and beach, super clean, great communication and hospitality. The only downfall was the street light bothered us in the middle of the night; light protective curtains would make it a perfect stay.

We booked this short notice stay (checked in within 2 hours of booking) and the hosts were wonderful. Communication was great. The room we spent the night was so charming and close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. This is going to be my first choice when I go to Fajardo. Love it!

It’s good for a two night stay. Not bad for the money they charge. However, Water pressure is very low. No sink in kitchenette area. Bed is hard. Stains on pillows. Nowhere to store clothes- must live out of suitcase.

This place is pristine! I’m very particular and I absolutely loved this little apartment. This was the 5th place that I stayed in and it was by far the best! It has an easy entrance, nice size refrigerator, small dinette set and sitting area. The bathroom was nice size, the products in the bathroom were great! There’s a door that separates the main room and the bedroom so I got to sleep in. The bedroom itself is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the TV was huge! I’d definitely stay there again. Oh and there’s a covered sitting area and garden hose to clean the sand off before entering. I could easily live here!

I liked it, was more small than I thought but clean and well decorated, the only thing I did not like at all - was the fact that I could not lock the door, it stayed open all night and that made me feel insecure. When I asked the host they never replied my message.
