The house was immaculate, and the kitchen was completely outfitted for all our cooking - nearly all new appliances and cookware. Amazing as it seems - the great pictures on the listing really don't do the view justice. You gotta stay here to believe it. "The cottage was beautiful and true to the listing it was a short walk to the beach. We brought our two dogs with us, which was great to find a place that allowed pets. It was nice having a full kitchen, though I didn’t read prior to that there was no microwave. But that would be the only negative I have. I also am not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the pull out couch situation (not enough bed space with my wife and baby). I tried to see handles to pull out a bed but didn’t see any. It might...

"I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. "Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset."

"We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! "Reception ... the worst service I have ever encountered. Roof terrace is very small and therefore very crowded. Room doors to the corridors does not insulate sound very well, you can hear people having conversations when passing your room."
