"The property is in a perfect location walking distance to many great restaurants and good options. Beach is literally 30 yards away. Plenty of parking and the unit we stayed in was newly renovated and offered great space and views. The pool is nice if you want a break from the beach. The furnishings are great and the private patio area is perfect. Sarah was great and is always available if needed. "We came to visit for SXM Festival and were very pleased with our stay! There is a market and a bakery across the street for all your basic needs. The view from the beach is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio lounge chairs and sunbathing. The pool is only steps away and is clean and refreshing. Regina was especially kind and understanding as we arrived early and needed some extra time to check out. 5 stars!"

Although we did not cook any meals, my wife said that the kitchen was very well - equipped. It was great having breakfast at Captain Frenchy's -- we enjoyed drinks in the afternoon there as well.
