The parking lot was closed for some unknown reason, and I had to park a long walk away; I was by myself and walking with luggage and gifts in the dark was awful. I asked about it, and the front desk people didnt offer means to get to my car.

Property was nice, we stayed because my wife was having surgery. It was quiet and easily accessible inside. Down side was they had construction so we couldn't drive up to door or park close .

I contacted both Expedia as well as Hilton about my horrible experience. I didn’t stay at hotel because of front desk clerk Shane as I felt unsafe returning to the hotel.

Property was quiet and easy. Toilet paper dispenser broke off and fell on my foot. Bedroom fan and light didn’t work. The biggest complaint was the landscapers outside my room at 7:45am. It sounded like lawn mower wars and engulfed the room with combustion fumes from their equipment. The manager was happy to compensate and the Hilton team got me transferred to another Hilton property that was in better shape. No chance of a landscape crew in the city as well.

Property was fine, a bit dated, but still had everything needed. Main reason I booked was pool for the kids. When we showed up the pool was closed. I guess they had an incident the night before, but was told the pool would be open within an hour. 3 days later when we checked out it still wasn't open. Every time I asked was told I have no idea what's going on, its closed. When I asked about a credit for the pool being closed was told contact Expedia.

Fantastic as always!
Upon my first trip to Homewood Suites in Henrietta, I was impressed by the fact that my room was actually a spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean suite! Sometimes hotels advertise themselves as suites and then guests are presented with a normal sized hotel room. This is not the case at Homewood. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, the complimentary breakfast is big and bountiful, and the hotel and its amenities are modern and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Henrietta!

Dirty hotel! In room : Unwashed blood spots on comforted, mirrors not wiped, cobwebs around mirror. In hotel areas : floors not cleaned from night before (or longer), pool area not clean. Breakfast was typical of a free breakfast, just fine. Beds are comfortable.

Overall everything was average/basic/"good enough." Considering I paid over $200 to stay here, it could have been a LOT better. The bed was way too firm (by anyone's standards.) The towels were like sandpaper. The next morning breakfast was TERRIBLE. I've paid less in the past for hotels elsewhere and had a much more extensive selection. We got to the breakfast area around 10-15 minutes after it started just in time for cold eggs, cold sausage, and soupy oatmeal. (Bit of advice - skip their breakfast and eat at Cracker Barrel next door. At least you don't pay $200 to microwave their food.) Overall very dissatisfied. No value and I wouldn't stay again if given the opportunity.
