"After numerous confirmations no one picked me up from the airport at 3:30 AM. Instead I had to walk through a dangerous neighborhood. The back door gate wouldn’t let me in so made me walk further with no lights on in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have my reservation, in fact I gave them the room number I was taking and the gentleman staying in there to check in earlier… Somehow they didn’t have the information. Instead, I had to take another room and resolve it the next...

"Very clean and modern room, lovely swimming pool and nice food in the Sao restaurant, with pleasant service from the kind staff. Reception at the ibis hotel could need a Little training, as they could not help with lots of my questions and had problems with the conversion of my payment of the bill in foreign currency. I had to calculate this on their calculator to get it right !! Furthermore wifi is virtually not working at all, don't know if this is hotel or infrastructure in Tchad. but all in...
