There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. "This was a complete surprise, only half an hour from home nestled in the Cradle of Humankind it's really easily accessible and just waiting to be discovered. "Basic hotel with relatively small room, situated next to the highway with some noise in the rooms facing this. No restaurant but decent breakfast.For some reasons the reception found it necessary to call before 7 in the morning to ask whether I had borrowed and iron & ironing board; this shows a basic lack of understanding on how to service guests. "Up arrival welcoming was underwhelming. The guy didn't wear a mask or give us full details re our stay, breakfast venue etc (the basics). For almost R2000 - We had to carry our own bags to the room. When we got to the room, we paid for champagne but got sparkling wine instead. No coffee/ espresso machine as advertised. No robes or slippers as advertised. We eventually got beige robes but no slippers when we asked. The aircon, jet tub and curtains didnt work properly. The bar fridge was empty,...

"The venue is stunning, but the service was disappointing. We waiting a very long time for in-room service. Glasses and cutlery were dirty we could see lipstick stain on our glasses.
