"Slidt kæmpehotel som er svært at finde rundt i - meget venlig indtjekning og modtagelse. Hotellet skal finde ud af deres regler - der er ingen samarbejde mellem hotel og restauranter, eller mellem de forskellige kokke! Restaurantens kreditkort aflæser var gået i stykker, men det var vores problem ikke restaurantens!! Ingen vilje til at finde en løsning - det er uprofessionelt!"

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location."
