I loved this hotel very clean and very central to all of the downtown activities Samuel at Reception was the best, very well informed and charming. I could not believe there was a bidet in the bathroom, never before in my travels did I have one, so this was more than appreciated.

The hotel staff take good care of you and any of needs. Thanks!

Glo Hotel is well located to the major tourist sites and transport hub. The hotel is comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with assisting me with directions to major points of interest including trams to catch. The breakfast was vey good.

The Sokos in Kotka has many good things going for it. The hotel is clean with good service. The attached amenities and the location are what really make it stand out. The calm atmosphere in the attached Fransmanni restaurant makes it our default location for dinner. The quality of food is consistently good and the staff is accommodating and cheerful. The Amarillo bar and grill looks great and is good for hanging out for a few drinks with friends, but I don't suggest that you order food here. The menu is American Southwest, but falls significantly short of acceptable. The attached night club has options for both younger and older crowds. The downstairs caters to 20 and 30 somethings and the upstairs caters to an older crowd.

This hotel is one of the worst 3 * s I have ever stayed in , I have been travelling for 20 yrs all over the world, This is the first time I have received ear plugs in my room because of the busy moterway 50m from the hotel, The hotel had no air condition and the weather was very hot, the matris was about 25mm thick good points breakfast good staff pleasent, even gave me a desk fan TV good choice of channels

The staff were fantastic and very helpful,and make sure you get to the harbour and have a drink on one of the boats. its amazing
