"Maybe the best hotel in town, but more by lack of serious competition. Rooms are good and very clean, view on Congo river is very nice. High end rooms offer no additional superficy nor comfort, just access to a very poor lounge, so absolutely not worth the additional charge. Pool, parking and restaurants are of the expected level. BUT: prices for drinks and meals are outrageous. 7USD for a small bottle of water, 5 USD for an expresso, 50 USD for breakfast, 90USD for a bottle of poor Chablis wine...

"There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made."

"An ok value but with a lot more hotels opening in Kin will have to up its game for this price range. All around great service especially Hyppolite at the restaurant. Lovely inner courtyard solid breakfast options and nice menu with very good indian food. Gym was a mess though, dirty with broken equipment. Huge room with good amenities. A good choice if you need to be centrally located."

Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working.
