"Mere end det halve af poolen var lukket pga renovering, noget det IKKE stod noget om nogen steder, først når man chekker ind gør de opmærksom på det - så kunne de jo have givet os gratis morgenmad som et plaster på såret - men NEJ ingen ting, poolen er jo rimelig vigtig i 35C varme. Til gengæld var der kun is koldt vand i bruseren den dag vi skulle chekke ud og køre 400 km."

"My wife and I along with our three boys stayed at Bakubong Lodge to relax by and in the big pool however at the same time be right next to and overlooking the beautiful game (especially zebras) just on the other side of the fence. That was very fascinating - also for the three boys at the age of 5, 7 and 11. We loved the game drives both during the early morning (06:30 am) and late afternoons (4:30 pm) and we were lucky to encounter a lot of animals including the four out of the Big Five. Only...

"Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon "

"This was the best stay, wildly above and beyond my expectations which were already high. The entire staff was incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. "This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. "

There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment.
