"be careful booking in expedia because they don’t honor the payment made in expedia. someone from california is gong to call you to make a payment in 3rd party app. what is the point of allowing payment in expedia when you won’t honor it. on check-in they tried putting us in a different unit from the ones we booked and have to go back and forth with the screenshots from expedia which is ridiculous. i would never come back or recommend it to my friends. "

"We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. "The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. "Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia.
