"Struttura situata in un posto incantevole ,villini tra la pineta la spiaggia privata ,fanno della vacanza una sosta piacevole e rilassante ,ma la condizione del luogo purtroppo trascurato e non pulito a sufficienza non lasciano un bel ricordo . Peccato perché la sua posizione a due passi da Vieste è veramente ottimale "

The terrace on the roof was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by olive trees and birds. And there is a lovely beach very very close. You can hear the waves from the house and see it from the terrace. The villa was well furnished with cool and insect free bedrooms below the living room / kitchen. The nearby beach was exceptionally beautiful. "Die Kommunikation lief gut. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Hotelanlage am Hang und liegt am oberen Rand mit wunderschönem Meerblick von der Dachterrasse aus. Leider muss man für die Benutzung des Pools/Bar pro Person von Samstag bis Samstag noch extra bezahlen und die Abendanimation geht lautstark bis in die Nacht hinein. Die Wohnung ist geräumig aber in die Jahre gekommen. Herd funktioniert schlecht Backofen gar nicht. Schöner Vorgarten und kleiner Außenbereich. Liegt unterhalb des touristischen...

"Très bel appartement bien situé dans Serracapriola à 100 m du Corse et à proximité de tous les commerces, restaurants et bars. Grand logement très propre, bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, terrasse très agréable. Emplacement calme mis à part les chiens qui aboient jour et nuit dans les rues adjacentes mais si vous connaissez Serracapriola c'est normal et c'est partout comme ça 😁 Giusepina, la propriétaire est très sympathique, gentille et disponible. Très bonne communication....

Nelle vicinanze ci sono delle stupende spiagge con acqua limpida e tutti i servizi necessari. La casa è ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario per gli ospiti, il giardino è il punto forte di questa casa, curato e arredato con comode sedute da esterni, tavolo e barbecue.
