"Noise from construction right in front of the building. Were not aware this was not fully serviced flats and had not brought enough towels for beach/pool and shower or planned to shop for toiletpaper, amenities and cleaning product. Saw two snakes slithering across the path on the way to the beach. The owner was constantly hovering by the pool. "

"We really loved the location, and the staff was really friendly and kind. In the apartment there was a lot of noise from the apartment upstais and a window to the street could not be closed, which also gave a lot of noise. In the pictures there was a sofa but in the real apartment there were only chairs. We needed more hooks to hang wet towels and clothes. "

"What a great place and the best of hosts! We spent 3 nights and really enjoyed the facilities; sauna, trainingroom, pool, outdoor spa and free -good- coffee in the mornings. It was a joy to stay here even though we we’re the only ones with kids theese days. Keywords: clean, modern, sea-view and wild boar in the backyard at nighttime!"

"Clean and facilities as promised - centrally located in the heart of the Old town. Everything was satisfactory, except forbinde small thing; there where no communication about what to do with trash - not in the welcome letter or in the info in the appartment. We nerver saw a receptionist, so the opening hours was not communicated either, all though I was given the impression that there would be a receptionist part of the day. "

"Very nice and very clean room, romantic style. The sweet host informed us about the old city and she gave us a map and good advice. Roko House is close to the main entrance to the old town but is placed in a quiet little street. We had a very pleasent stay."

"If I could give a higher rating I would. From start to finish, this was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had as far as accommodations go. The owner arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival. The room….was phenomenal! Location was fantastic. A few steps into old town and minutes from everything you could want to see. The room was perfect, clean and very nice. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik! "

"Such a perfect location! Really easy to find thanks to Nina’s directions and is close enough to pop back in the day if you need to in between exploring. Nina was so helpful and friendly and replied really quickly to any queries on WhatsApp. Absolutely loved the apartment…I had the top one and it had great views on the old walls and was nice and cool, very clean and had everything you would need. Although Dubrovnik is very touristy, Rose’s place was quiet and out of the way while being a couple minute walk to anything you wanted to see in Old Town.
