"Our stay at Urraca Private Island is the most awesome, memorable lodging experience we’ve had (and that’s saying a lot, because we travel frequently and have had many fantastic experiences). The place is amazing, kind of a cross between Swiss Family Robinson, Robinson Crusoe, and a high end Africa-style resort with adventure amenities like kayaks. And monkeys! "Lauren was a great host and was on point from pickup to departure. This is a pristine location for privacy and just minutes from town. The home was well kept and very clean! The waters in this area are beautiful and my girl friend and I took advantage of the paddle boards. We traveled to the other islands just 15 minutes away. I will stay here again for sure."

"We had the absolute best time staying at this beach cabana. The bed was super cozy, the outdoor kitchen was awesome (make sure to bring all the food/beverages you need), the beach has the most beautiful clear water and loads of star fish and other fish and we were the ONLY people there and had the entire beach to ourselves, the locals were kind when passing and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating and had quick response to questions. "What a lovely escape. Its was what we both needed. James was very accommodating. The area was quiet and had a small kitchen to cook. Its right on he water the waves put you to sleep. If you really feel like an adventure take the kayaks to Zapatilos islands only 5 K away! if you are a good paddle it takes on hour. I will come back on my next visit. "
