We had high hopes based on the pictures, great reviews and the price, but ended up very disappointed.
First, the pictures are misleading. Not one show the main road between the hotel and the lake, it looks like the pool is right by the water.
We had upgraded to the modern junior suite, but I think it is outrageous to call this room a suite. It is just one standard double room + bathroom and balcony. The balcony has a lovely view of the lake, but based on the pictures, we expected an uninterrupted view and location much closer to the lake, and not looking directly down on the other buldings, pool and outdoor restaurant.
Given that it is a 4.5 star hotel, I would have expected a little more room comfort - like shampoo and conditioner, a decent hairdryer and maybe real coffee. The air condition was terrible. It was placed inside the room and was very noisy, so we could decide if we wanted our sleep interrupted by the noice or by being too hot. It was broken and could only be on max or turned off (could not be fixed in the two days we were there).
The WiFi was extremely unstable and we had to log in 20 times or so during our two days.
When checking in, they gave us a map of the huge resort area and told us about the activities and facilities, including the infinity salt water pool and kids-free spa + pool. However, they failed to mention that this part belongs to a completely different resort and cost from 45€ per person to use.
And really - 20€ PER DAY for parking???
