"We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

"It rained during our stay but the kids didn't mind as there was plenty to do at the home. My dogs enjoyed roaming the backyard and going for walks in the neighborhood."

"Great Location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach/Pier. Walk to restaurants and a great Donut shop, Surfside Donuts. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed to make an easy dinner. House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space."

"We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway."

"This was a great property, with very easy access to beach. Rainy weather was the only downside to the whole vacation but we made the best of it and this property helped. Lots of space and very comfortable beds."

"The place had all the necessities for our stay (except an ironing board to accompany the iron, strangely) and is convenient to the village plus has quick fwy access. We found it to be quiet and the beds to be comfy. Plentiful parking is a bonus."

"My family absolutely loved this cute house! The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to Cal Poly SLO. The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing, and although we didn’t cook much the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful and communicated well, and check-in (and out) was a breeze. Would definitely come back for another stay!!"

"Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

"We enjoyed our trip and our stay at this house was great. The house has plenty of space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need. The overall space was just amazing! The Yard was of course my favorite! (I love outdoor spaces). I loved the privacy we felt even though the main house is just beside the guest house.
