Super beliggenhed!!!
Vi blev taget så godt imod af personalet ved receptionen. Virkelig hjælpsom og smilende så virkelig stort plus allerede ved ankomst. Vores værelse var ikke på sammen bygning af hotellet. Personalet har afleveret os til vores værelse. Hun har forklaret det hele om regler, nøgle, dør kode osv. Det var stille og rolig område. Rent og pænt værelse. God aircondition. God seng og pude. Men lille Toilet og badeværelse. Nemt at komme rundt i byen til fods. Gå afstand til Det Skæve Tårn, Mura di Pisa, muset, gå gade, mange restauranter. Det var hyggeligt. Taxa fra hotellet til lufthavn er ca 14,20 euro.

Dejligt hotel - men der er væggelus
Vi var fuldt ud tilfredse til start. Dejligt rummeligt værelse til 3 personer med udsigt ud over haven. Meget venlig og hjælpsom receptionist, der bla. oplyste, at haven var til fri afbenyttelse, og hvor vi sad og nød en drink købt i et lokalt supermarkedet, for der er kun en automat med vand og kaffe på hotellet. Det ligger super i forhold til Det Skæve Tårn (knap 50 meter lige rundt om hjørnet) og ca 20 min gang til Arno. Man kunne købe god morgenmad på det cafeteria, som hotellet anbefaler og man får 10% rabat. MEN,MEN, hvad vi troede var myggestik, viste sig desværre at være væggelus! Vi blev alle 3 bidt og har masser af bidmærker. Vi fant desværre først ud af det, da vi var hjemme igen efter 4 nætter på hotellet. Så vil fraråde andre at bo på hotellet, eller i hvert fald på værelse 11

Levede ikke helt op til forventningerne
Vi fik et værelse i annekset, hvilket betød, at vi boede ud til en meget trafikeret vej, hvor vi ofte vågnede om natten pga. støj. Desuden betød det også, at vi skulle tilbage til hovedhotellet for at få morgenmad og parkere bil.

Central beliggenhed
Perfekt beliggenhed, man kan faktisk se Tårnet fra hoveddøren. Morgenmaden er lidt kedelig, og der er ikke så meget plads i morgenmadlokalet. Ellers skønt hotel, stort værelse og venligt personale.

Anbefalelsesværdigt hotel - roligt og centralt
Min voksne datter og jeg havde 3 overnatninger på dette anbefalelsesværdige hotel. Hotellet er centralt placeret, ikke kun i forhold til Tårnet, men også i forhold til gode restauranter og bylivet. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme og du kan få gode råd og fif i receptionen. Derudover har hotellet en dejlig terrasse og have, hvor du kan sidde og nyde en forfriskning og et spil kort. Hotellet er af ældre dato og rørsystemet larmer en del. Der var derfor en del larm fra naboerne både inden sengetid (nogle gange om natten) og om morgenen. Hvis uafbrudt nattesøvn er vigtig, så medbring ørepropper. Hotellet tilbyder parkering, men der var masser af ledige parkeringspladser ude på vejen, som samlet set ville have været billigere at benytte for os, da der kun betales for at parkere i dagtimerne ude på vejen.

Værelset helt nyt. Praktisk indrettet til 4 personer. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale,og sikker parkering. Velfungerende aircondition. God morgenmad på hyggelig terasse i hyggelig gård. Hoteller meget centralt placeret. Dejlig med et kort og byen, og vejledning til at finde restaurant.

Absolutely LOVED staying at this property. It is very convenient to the touristy shops and the courtyards of the Tower. The staff was kind, friendly, resourceful. They also carried our bags upstairs for us while we headed out to shop. It was a nice surprise because we thought we were going to have to after a long day of walking around. Rooms are super cute and spacious enough. They also arranged our taxi for an early morning trip to the train station. Would certainly stay here again!

The staff at front desk was 10/10. What isn’t mentioned anywhere is that the family room is a couple sketchy blocks away in an apartment building. I wouldn’t have booked knowing this. Hope it helps another family avoid the same mistake.

The hotel is situated right next door to the Tower, you literally walk out of the door, through an arch and the whole Cathedral and Tower piazza are in front of you.

We stayed in a separate building (which I did not realised I had booked until the day) and therefore there was no hotel staff at arrival after hours. Location really good (walking distance from Piazza dei Miracoli), good space for the 4 of us, good beds for a night sleep (which is all we used it for) and staff helpful. However, the property status of repair was poor (mould and plaster bubbling and flaking off, a broken roller shutter, unkept outdoor communal areas) and next to a construction site, so at 8am I was woken up by excavators and power drills, which in addition to being very loud, were shaking the building like in an earthquake.

We stayed here for 1 night. The pros are that it is literally a minute walk from the Leaning tower. We arrived at the property at 12pm but unfortunately could only check in at 2pm. The receptionist however was kind, helpful and allowed us to store our bags in the luggage room whilst we went to grab lunch. Check in was smooth and we had the pay €5 euro city tax (although it said €1.50 each on the wall 🤔) which we weren’t aware of but not a problem. As we went into our room on the 1st floor, we were pleasantly surprised with a nice room. There was a fridge, hairdryer, an extra pillow, a coffee machine as well as Netflix on the TV which is something we haven’t had in previous hotels. The negative about the hotel was that you could hear a lot of noise. The main noise especially whilst sleeping was a weird pipe noise, as if someone was flushing the toilet and it was making a noise after but this was every 5-10 minutes which wouldn’t go away. This affected mine and my partners sleep as it was constant throughout the night. The heated rail stayed on in the bathroom which made the room quite hot and then when I turned the air con on for 10 mins, it then wouldn’t turn off. Eventually it did. If you are looking for a convenient stay local to the leaning tower of Pisa this is a great hotel. Just a shame about the noise over night ( I hope was just a temp issue)For a 3* star hotel the room is nice and would have been a pleasant stay if there was no noise.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera attrezzata per persone con disabilità, per tanto con le attrezzature a loro idonee, ma poco funzionali per i normodotati (doccia con tenda, lavandino basso e molto sporgente, water alto, mancanza di bidet..). Inoltre la stanza era al piano terra, rivolta alla piazza, davanti alla postazione dei taxi, per tanto molto rumoroso. Non c’è la possibilità di fare colazione e il parcheggio a cui si appoggiano alla domenica è chiuso. La posizione però è decisamente invidiabile: a ridosso della Piazza dei Miracoli.

Gentile ospite,grazie per la tua recensione.Ci dispiace ma , come specificato sul sito, non abbiamo ascensore pertanto le camere per persone con disabilità ridotta si trovano al piano terra. Siamo in una piazza molto frequentata a pisa poichè accanto alla torre quindi il rumore al piano terra è purtroppo ovvio. Per la colazione e il parcheggio sul sito è specificato che non possediamo nessuna delle 2 opzioni. Le convenzioni che offriamo sono una carineria che facciamo noi.A presto

Perfect stay for the price. Good value for money. Excellent communication from the staff. Some have mentioned the annexe being down a dark alley, I think you can ignore this negativity, it was perfectly quiet and safe, even in winter. We would definitely return.

When you come out of the hotel, you can go to Pisa entrance in a minute. Railway station justv10 minutes walk. Very goodlocatio, if you dont want to walk more.

Bait and switch. At check-in they told us the room was not in the same building. They walked us a few blocks away down a dark alley and took us to an old dirty room. Felt very sketchy. We said we didn’t like and and wanted a refund. They said they would see what they could do on a refund. We left and drove to Florence. The next day they emailed refusing a refund. This place is a scam.

Regarding the cleanings, we would like to inform you that after you checked out our staff entered the room to check, and it was found clean and unused, our staff was not informed about this kind of problem and, since you did not like the room, we also suggested a free change of the room with a bigger one, your part declined and did not accept.We are so sorry to hear that you were unable to take advantage of all the services we offer. This delightful hotel is situated just steps from the Leaning Tower (40 seconds walk apparently). It’s so easy to enjoy the area at night or during day time hours. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. Loads of options to dine and to explore. We would certainly stay here again.
