This hotel and staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good. Before I booked it I always look at the views and some people literally be making lies up. This is a must stay again.

Great spacious room. Enjoy the breakfast and nice touch of apples and chocolate cookies when we arrived. The check in process was quick the fellow at the counter did not want to tell us time of breakfast just asked us ti read the info.Check out the girl was extremely very nice

Staff were very helpful. Shout out to Housekeeping Mgr Devan who tried to help my bathtub plug to work. She came twice. She always greeted me when she saw me in the hallway as I stayed 10 day. I was disappointed that there was no recycling of plastic bottles, water cups or aluminum cans. You should be doing that.

Excellent location and newer build. Breakfast is outstanding for the price. Figure a family of 4 and you almost pay for the room. Not a 4-5 star hotel, but really nice.

I liked how clean it was. The room was amazing, quiet and fully spacious for our little one. One thing I didnt like was that if you're trying to get ahold of the property via Phone, don't bother, they will not answer. I kept calling them for 2 days and no answer. Upon arriving, the gentleman at the front desk heard and saw the phone ringing and said "I hate when the phone is ringing, I don't have time to answer them" and proceeded to silence the call.

I was kept up all night by maintenance right next to my room and then reawakened by slamming doors when the employee locked himself in the bathroom. I asked for the manager, who was at the store, to please call me and received 0 response.

Fixtures in room broken, tub drain stop didn’t fit, couldn’t fill up tub. Man at check in was rude and unwelcoming. Young lady at check was very friendly. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Bathroom floor was gross so we put towels down and wore shower shoes. Everything else was fine. Breakfast are was very unkept. No one was around to clean up spills and the choices were cheap and not worth it. We are the first day but decided not to wake up early the next as it wasn’t worth it. The pool and hotub were great. Strong vents to massage your back and nice and hot. Kids enjoyed the pool.

I didn't get the room that I paid for the upgrade. Tried 5 rooms, all were very dirty. Crumbs on couch, carpet dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor. Hair in the sheets, one mattress had cigarette burn. Ended up leaving and filing a claim for a full refund. Expedia could've get hotel to answer phone to authorize a refund. Last 3 time staying at Comfort Suites Takling Stick have had troubles with dirty rooms. And a leaking water pipe that turned off water for hours with a member of the construction crew just walked into our room without knocking. Won't be back.

This visit was my 4th visit. I like this hotel because it is usually clean, quiet, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is decent. Plus, the staff are extremely polite. This stay was a bit different, as our room was not clean. The sheets and towels were changed (clean); however, the floors, counters, tabletops, and couch were all dirty. The front desk manager offered to change rooms, but I did not want to gather everything and move; so, he sent up two very nice ladies to clean our room and they did a good job. I will stay there again, just because overall my experiences there have been very good.
