"Horrible hotel - cleaning is bad, the staff is unskilled and snobbish. We had several problems in the room like bad cleaning, problems with electricity not working and the staff did not help to fix it until we asked the duty manager to take action. Finally they managed to block a big amount on my credit card even though we did pay the hotel up front. Our final invoice was 10% of the blocked amount, which we paid at the hotel, and they still did not remove the block on my card 2 weeks later. This...

"We made a review of our check in which resulted in an upgrade of room after a meeting with the manager of the hotel. This was of course nice but still a bit weird. The staff got super friendly after this “incident” which felt weird. Their restaurant at the rooftop was sold out of 5 out of 6 bubbles and other normal price wines.
