Horrible hotel - best case 2 Star not 5 stars
Horrible hotel - cleaning is bad, the staff is unskilled and snobbish. We had several problems in the room like bad cleaning, problems with electricity not working and the staff did not help to fix it until we asked the duty manager to take action. Finally they managed to block a big amount on my credit card even though we did pay the hotel up front. Our final invoice was 10% of the blocked amount, which we paid at the hotel, and they still did not remove the block on my card 2 weeks later. This is a bad hotel, do not waste time and money to go there. Family from Scandinivia

Der var bare styr på det hele. Alting fungerede. Her var rent og pænt, service var i top og fantastisk søde medarbejdere. Klart anbefalelsesværdigt. Eneste minus er at alt er hamrende dyrt efter cambodiansk standard og efter standarden på alle andre hoteller.

Amazing hotel, 5 star in every respect but combined with the intimate feeling of a home. The housemaids deserve a special mention, the rooms are absolutely every day. Breakfast is maybe average for this standard hotel but was that because all else excelled?

Truely one of my favorite hotels in the world. impeccable on all levels from service to food to facilities. The hotel was built in the 1920s and is so special. I loved my time there!!

It was a wonderful stay. Service was perfect. I was a bit upset because I confirmed with the manager several days before my trip that they would have the Superbowl available to watch on the TV. Not only did they not have it but they didn’t have any idea what the Super Bowl even was. I had to scramble last minute to buy a subscription to watch it

Everything was great and staff amazing, with the exception of the bell captain who was only interested in his kick back, from taxi or tuk tuk drivers.

The hotel is lovely and clean, pretty and comfortable. My issue is with the service / training. Within the main restaurant in this apparent 5 star hotel I was very clear about being vegetarian and not eating meat or fish. Firstly I was delivered a dish with beef in that was not ordered, then after explaining again and being apologised to I was given a dish with fish sauce. All fairly unacceptable, especially with the prices being so much more expensive than they should be here, I had better service / understanding at the local street food vendors! During my stay I had booked a car to take me back to the airport, this was confirmed with a lovely handwritten note with my key. Upon checkout they seem to have misplaced my booking so had no transportation and was told to book my own. When my car arrived to the hotel I was told by the concierge that the car I had booked with the hotel was waiting for me.. a rather confusing and exhausting experience which just put a dampener on the day. The elephant bar is a lovely place to relax - sometimes, on other nights it appears to be a rowdy, loud unpleasant place to be with shouting guests / a heard of screaming children running around.

This colonial-style hotel not only is an important part of Cambodia’s history, it is a most lovely and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. The room we were in was exceptionally comfortable and elegant. The pool is an extraordinary refuge from the heat. And the staff makes every effort — and then some — to spoil the guests.

夫婦で2ベッドルームを4日間過ごしましたが、洋服ダンスが少ないので、トランクに下着、替え洋服をいれぱなしにせざるを得ず非常に不便。歯ブラシが2本提供されたが、同色の為不便。違う色の歯ブラシを提供すべし。

廊下もお部屋も改装されていて優雅なホテルライフを送れます。 お部屋を使って分かったのでが、やはり年数が経過しているホテルですので、いくら内装を変えても、やはり水回りには難点があります。これはまあ、致し方ありません。
