"Amazing stay! The views from our dome were amazing! You are literally on the top of a mountain with views down to the Urabamba river and a glacier on a distant peak. There are only a few staff that work here, and they do everything! From picking you up at the train station and from town when needed (extra fee, contact them through WhatsApp), to cooking a delicious dinner in their small restaurant. This hotel involves switchbacks on a dirt road. The last short stretch is too narrow for a car, so...

"The island is beautiful and so is the rental lodge. Huge windows with seating out on a deck where you can enjoy a full view of the lake and mountains. It’s very quiet there and although you can only get there by boat, they are very timely with picking you up and dropping you off. Communication beforehand was very good and they were responsive. We stayed here in the spring and at night it hit 31 degrees F and we had no heat. They did make our bed up with several layers of incredibly warm bedding...

A nivel logístico mi cabaña tuvo filtro de aire que lo repararon al día siguiente y no pudimos tener agua caliente ningún día. 3. La atención cordial y la comida increíble, pero tiempos de espera de más de 40 minutos. 4. Calidad vs precio no compensa pero si es acogedor "
