Rather disappointed with the beds which are hard, toilet is small and amenities are only average for a 5 star hotel. I stayed with my family in family deluxe, will recommend to stay in 2 bedrooms instead especially if there are 4 pax."

"Super corteus hotel staff. Nice and easy check-out. We didn’t have go the counter, just take our stuff and leave - hassle free. We even got to keep our Disney room key cards. We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that."

"The hotel was really good. However, the buffet restaurant in the hotel was not great. The restaurant offered my 3 years old son free breakfast. However, when we were going there for dinner. The restaurant charged my son $310 for dinner without noticed us. The price for adult is only around $390, $310 for 3 years old boy makes no sense. "

"Had a fantastic 2 days stay with family at Grand Coloane Resort. Staff at the reception were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Restaurant staff provided great service and the meals were likely of high quality in breakfast & lunch. Staff near the pool & The Club were attentive and helpful. Concierge team was knowledgeable and provided useful recommendations and assistance, they also helped in finding taxi. Overall, a great place to stay in Macau, just 10 mins drive to Cotai strip."
