Overall, the property was okay. It was in a decent location close to Banghla Road and a 7/11. It was easy to find and had lots of food options close by. The service was meh. Some of the staff were lovely while others appeared cold. The rooms were small and they needed more places to hang your items, such as towels and clothes as there was not a lot of room in general. Though we were told at check-in that we would not have a room with a window (and based on previous reviews, I was expecting this), I think it is something to be noted in the reservation as natural light is huge for many people and it should be clearly stated. We were offered to upgrade for a fee to a room with a balcony and a window. Due to the price though we declined. It was bothersome however that there were several rooms with windows on our floor that had their doors open for the majority of the day and were clearly unused for the entire duration of our stay. Knowing that several rooms were vacant, we thought for general hospitality sake it would have been nice to be upgraded for free seeing how there were so many rooms clearly available.
