Perfect Palm Springs Getaway
This is a beautiful house with a great location. The inside is clean and kitchen is well stocked. This is one of the few VRBO's I've stayed in that has nice knives that are actually sharp. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Family room and kitchen are great for relaxing and socializing. The yard is amazing! It's well landscaped, has a built in bbq, and even misters for those hot days. The pool is fantastic. I love that it's not super deep. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful!
This is a wonderful classic hacienda style property with all the amenities one could possibly need, and located in a perfect location - movie colony (close to everything in Palm Springs). We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely reserve it again.

Lovely house!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's so lovely and spacious. Our kids basically lived in the pool. So many little amenities that make this place extra special (like the misters! And the hot tub! And the grill! And the outdoor shower which the kids really got a kick out of! And the outdoor bar! the list goes on and on). We had a minor problem with the jets on the spa and the property manager was right over working to fix it. He was always very prompt in responding to us. This was a great place for our family and to spend time with friends who joined us. Would definitely return and I highly recommend for everyone!

Great Get Away
Great location, very convenient. All the comforts of home were provided. We have been to Palm Springs many times. When we get a home it’s for the home and the peace and relaxation. This property fit the bill! The back yard is an oasis. Very well landscaped, accent lighting, pool area very neat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

Exquisite and immaculate house with spectacular pool area.
We were 4 seniors and 1 large dog at this property for a long weekend’s stay. The property is fully fenced and private. The house was large, beautifully furnished and everything was immaculate. The photos in the property listing are 100% accurate. The neighborhood is quite nice; appropriate for the desert. It’s an older part of town, I believe. It is within walking distance of a park with tennis courts and another with pickle ball courts. There are lovely areas to lounge or dine outside. I think there are 3-4 distinct patios. Several fountains. There is a grassy area, with an adjacent dirt area - all areas attractively landscaped. There is a fire pit, pool with water feature and jacuzzi. Plus there is a shallow tanning area in the pool. The pool is not deep. The master bedroom is quite large with a double sink in the en suite bathroom. In fact, I believe every bedroom had a door to access the outside. By the way, in case it’s important to anyone, the TVs have streaming services. You cannot get major broadcast channels. We wanted to watch the Grammys to see a friend being honored, but couldn’t get CBS. Had to buy a package from Hulu to get that channel. Overall, this house was a delight. Exactly like the pictures shown in the ad.

A lovely home, shine…or rain
We picked the worst possible January weekend to visit Palm Springs anticipating sun & fun—it rained a lot, and the sun rarely emerged. Fortunately, this is A Home For All Seasons, and we had a great experience anyway with two couples and a pair of pooches. The gathering spaces, inside and under canopies outside, are cozy and inviting for those times when basking in the sun isn’t possible. The kitchen is well-stocked; so is the rest of the house with towels, games, books, even blankets! The property manager was quick to come fix a little problem with the pool controls—yes, we hot-tubbed in the rain, and we were thankful that the pool was kept at a temperature that allowed comfortable swimming when the air was a bit chilly. Great neighborhood for dog walks, too! Highly recommend this house, and hope to come back sometime when the sun’s out.

I actually feel bad when the weather doesn't cooperate for my guests. I'm glad Jonathan was able to have a great stay despite the rare bad weather. Notice how I made sure to refer to the bad weather as rare. Sunny and warm is our norm.

Private resort experience in Palm Springs
We had a wonderful 7 days at the property. It truly is like having your own private resort oasis. The house was perfect for couples because everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, making it easy to enjoy and relax by the pool. The check-in and booking process with the management team was top-notch, easy, and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone and would love to go back myself.

Believe the pictures.
The first thing that strikes you about the property is how lovely it is, and how it is a world unto itself. Secondly, strikingly, is the cleanliness of the property. It was immaculate. This was a family vacation to celebrate a birthday and Father’s Day. There was room to gather together, but there was also plenty of room for each person to enjoy a moment of solitude. The beds and linens were luxurious. The kitchen, though little used on this trip, was well supplied. This is a property I’ll add to my short list of future trips. It is a place to return to because of its beauty and comfort. It is even dog-friendly which is so important to me. Don’t hesitate to book this property. It will not disappoint you.

Beautiful and Perfect
This home is amazing, the yard is beautiful, the pool is perfect and it was fun to have an outdoor shower as well as the misters when it got a bit warmer in the day. We grilled at night and having the fireplace right there when grilling was such a nice feature as in April in the evenings it can be a bit cooler. The inside of the house was gorgeous and very clean, so many places for us to sit and be together (we were two families with boys age 13) and or find spots to sit and be away from it all if needed. The bedrooms were very nice in size and the beds where comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. Chris was great when we arrived and walked us through the house and I only had to get in contact with him for one question and he got right back to us quickly. Very nice man. The location is amazing, it is within walking distance to downtown shopping and wonderful restaurants (about 15-20 minute walk or 4 to 5 minute drive). This trip was a winner! Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous home.

Beautiful house, beautiful yard. Very clean and spacious, and great layout. Definitely will be renting again. Beds were so comfortable, that is a must for me. All the amenities were wonderful. So close to downtown. Loved it.

This property is just as advertised and then some. Stephen and Kenny took great care to make sure our experience was great. The house was comfortable, well kept, and a delight to stay in. As a cook, I appreciated the quality oven and fully set up kitchen. There was something for everyone at this property. We loved it!

Great Stay in lovely house
We really enjoyed our stay. House was as expected from photos. Kenny was there to show us around when we arrived. Overall excellent property, fully equipped and would stay again. Lovely pool, spa, outdoor seats, fully enclosed for our little dog. Little issue with ants in the kitchen, but I've come across this a lot in Palm Springs and it wouldn't stop me from returning. Great house and definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. The owners and management take great pride in keeping it that way. The backyard was magical with views of the mountains. The landscaping was beautiful and the pool so much fun and relaxing. We had our dog with us so appreciated the backyard being fully secured. I can't wait to go back to this house in Palm Springs.

Oasis in the desert
This home had everything our family could have wanted. It was the perfect size for our family - grandparents, 2 families with 1 small child each. We lived in the pool and loved the details of the outside misters, grill and the ample patios on the front and back of the house. The outdoor shower was a bonus as was the little patch of grass for the kiddos to play. We loved our stay and would be back!

Great 4 bedroom 3 bath house very close to downtown Palm Springs & Ruth Hardy Park. We loved the pool, hot tub & fire pit in back yard and used them every day! Kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating but everything else was wonderful.

This property is beautiful! There were so many personal touches that made you feel like you were home. The kitchen was a chefs dream and the backyard was it own oasis. All the rooms were well equipped and almost all of them had their own TV's! We would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic property
Beautiful property both inside and outside. Spacious for a family of 5. Very nicely appointed, great style, fantastic salt water pool and fantastic jacuzzi. Close to market and city enter if you need but we barely left because the property was so wonderful and enjoyable.

Beautiful Escape!
With all that is the year 2020, our family needed a change of scenery and this Palm Springs escape was just what we hoped for. The management team was a dream, easily accessible and very helpful. The only complaint I have is, the TV in the outdoor space was turned off, due to city sound ordinances. Which is understandable, although, I can't imagine a TV being any louder than our actual family of four kids. Regardless, it was a bummer as we had imagined being able to watch various games on the TV throughout the weekend. Regardless, it was such a sweet weekend. And we hope to return again soon!

Relaxing enjoyable family vacay
This house is simply beautiful and fit our family vacay needs. This Is the 2nd time in Palm Springs and Our 1st time in this home,we loved this homes comfortable inviting decor. The boys played golf and the ladies enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We were greeted by Andrew and his friendly personality he explained everything about the house and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We hoped to come back next year and stay in this beautiful home .

Lovely home
We had such a wonderful stay at this property. We were pleasantly surprised at how cool the house stayed on very warm days. Misters outside kept us comfortable during our outdoor dining. The pool was fabulous. We had two small children and two adults and it was lovely, private and welcoming. Kenny was so incredibly helpful and I found the house to be exactly as advertised (even better actually).

Great getaway!
We loved our stay in this beautiful and peaceful home! It was very spacious and beautifully decorated, inside and out. The kids loved the pool and their individual bedrooms with TV's. Our German Shepard also enjoyed running through the backyard chasing lizards! This was one of the better properties with stayed in, with wonderful personal service upon arrival and departure. We can't wait to go back!
