"Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!"

"The apartment and the hosts were a great experience. We were lucky and had the whole place to ourselves. Nice, clean, newly renovated. Airy atmosphere, lots of space and easy to go shopping. The kitchen needs some cooking bowls and a roasting pan for the oven. Very easy to park your car in the back yard. You can use the great bus service to Venice, just 1/2 hour and you are at the Venice bus station. That is a lot(!) easier than trying to park at the overcrowded parking house. A great stay!"

"The place was nice, clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We had problems with our phones when we arrived. One problem was miscommunication regarding location. We were given an address and people could not help us. We were later told we missed our meeting time in front of the theatre. It was not clear to us we were to meet in front of a theatre."

"Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it...

"The property was just as pictured! This was a great spot for day trips to surrounding areas, Padua, Monslice, Venice, Verona, and not even too far to get to the Dolomites! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, everything you could need in the Kitchen. Good info from the host on nearby restaurants. Great apt for 2 people. I would reccomend re arranging the the open room area with more seating to better accomodate a family as the couch is small. There could be another wall cabinet or shelf in the...

"It was a lovely apartment in a great location; easy walking distance to all the major sights. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Giacomo picked me up from the train station and drove me to the apartment, and I was able to check in right away! I very much enjoyed my stay here."

"L’appartamento è grande, chiarissimo. Ha un bel giardino dove si può sedersi o mangiare. Si può vedere un bel tramonto a due passi. I due bagni sono moderni. La cucina ha tutto quello di qui si ha bisogno. Tanti restauranti accanto all appartamento. Si può venire a piedi dalla stazione in 10 minuti e senza avere un ponte con scalini a attraversare. Molto comodo con le valigie. L’unica cosa è che l’appartamento è un po’ lontano dal centro ma c’è il vaporetto vicino e che non ci sono supermercati...

"This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. "Es mag sein dass jede Unterkunft eine bestimmte check in Uhrzeit hat.Man kann doch keinen Gast der später anreist einfach stehen lassen.Ein Flug kann eine Verspätung haben man kann einen Unfall haben oder wie wir unerwartet im Verkehr stecken bleiben.Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht mit Kindern einfach da stehen gelassen weil man auf uns nicht warten könne.Nach Ende der Öffnungszeit kam nur noch eine automatische Nachrichten somit hatten wir auch keine Kontaktperson mehr.Somit empfehlen wir als...
