"Stayed for 1 night. First time we had been to Oxford. We got a taxi into the city but a bus is easy enough too. The hotel was charming and staff friendly. The pool and spa were very nice. Our room was very big and had a patio overlooking the green. Wonderful stay"

"Musty room with very poor ventilation in bathroom. Extremely noisy heating system and a lot of noise from the courtyard especially during the evening; all night it sounded like being in a room with a washing machine on the spin cycle, very difficult to fall asleep. Called the receptionist/concierge, was on hold for 25 minutes, never got through. Not up to standard."

"All good nice stay helpful friendly staff I suggest you stop giving free water in glass bottles, not only is it expensive but also noisy in the early morning when the staff are moving crates of it around. Very noisy fortunately for us we were awake!"
