"Et hotel, som på ingen måder lever op til Fairmont standard. Personalet har ingen ide om service, normal takt & tone eller blot almindelig omsorg. Smuk bygning i forfald, men alt klasse er long gone. Personale med solbriller i panden og gæster i crocs. Forvent mcdonalds standard."
